Delete Your Paw Pop Account

Paw Pop provides account deletion inside the mobile app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Paw Pop and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the information about deleted data.
5. Check the confirmation box.
6. Select Delete my account.

After a successful deletion, Paw Pop signs you out and the deleted account can no longer authenticate.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes the active Paw Pop account and user-owned data, including:

• User profile and authentication identities
• Active sessions and refresh tokens
• Pet profiles and uploaded pet photos
• Care records and care notes
• Vaccines and vaccine doses
• Routines and reminder schedules
• Events and care history

Uploaded pet-photo removal is queued after the account database deletion completes.

Limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or with infrastructure providers, or when retention is required by applicable law.

If you cannot access the app

Email rzambrano@atlantisalgorithms.com from the address associated with your Paw Pop account. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

• Your Paw Pop account email
• A statement that you want the account permanently deleted
• Whether you use iOS or Android

Do not send your password or authentication codes. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
