These Terms of Use govern your use of the Paw Pop mobile application and related public website. By creating an account or using Paw Pop, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Paw Pop's Service
Paw Pop provides tools for organizing pet profiles, care records, notes, vaccines, routines, reminders, events, and care history. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service develops.
Not Veterinary Advice
Paw Pop is an organizational tool and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency guidance, or medical advice. Information stored in or displayed by Paw Pop does not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian.
Always follow your veterinarian's guidance. Contact a veterinarian or appropriate emergency service if you believe an animal needs urgent care.
Your Information And Content
You retain responsibility for the information and pet photos you add to Paw Pop. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content. You grant Paw Pop permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing your records and reminder schedules. Paw Pop does not guarantee that information entered by you is accurate, complete, or appropriate for a particular animal.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use Paw Pop for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to access another person's account or data.
- Interfere with the service, security controls, or infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.
- Reverse engineer or misuse Paw Pop except where applicable law permits it.
Notifications
Reminders depend on the information you enter, device settings, operating system behavior, connectivity, and notification permissions. Paw Pop does not guarantee delivery at a specific time. You remain responsible for your pet's care even if a notification is delayed or not delivered.
Account Suspension And Termination
You may stop using Paw Pop at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Paw Pop, or others; respond to illegal or abusive use; comply with law; or address a material violation of these Terms.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account from Settings in the mobile app. Deletion removes the active account and associated user-owned Paw Pop data and cannot be undone. See the Account Deletion page for instructions.
Intellectual Property
Paw Pop, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Paws Pop or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Disclaimers
Paw Pop is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or delivery of every reminder.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paws Pop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Paw Pop. Rights and limitations that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update Paw Pop and these Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
